Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record.

Unused credits

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been used. If some were used, we refund the unused part.

Failed transcripts

Credits for videos that couldn't be transcribed are returned to your balance automatically. You never need to ask.

How to ask

Email hello@anyvideototext.com with the email of your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
